Fugen required a transition across to the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Evergreen Consulting were engaged to conduct gap analysis of their existing Integrated Management System and provide recommendations to transition across. Certification to the new standards was achieved in May 2018. Evergreen currently provide monthly internal auditing and systems maintenance services.

Environment and Sustainable Procurement
In order to meet client contractual requirements, SCIS Property Group engaged Evergreen Consulting to conduct a preliminary review of the company's existing Environmental Management System and determine a method for meeting environmental and sustainable compliance. Environmental controls were developed and integrated into the existing system to cater for new vegetation management requirements and sustainable procurement practices.
