Motivation
Evergreen Consulting are a boutique consulting firm located in the Lower North Shore. Starting in 2015, we have been working with small to medium sized businesses providing consulting services ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of management systems.
The company started as a passion from Janet Xiao, Founder and Principal Consultant. In her previous life as a lead Auditor conducting third-party external audits with clients, Janet has seen multiple examples of complex and convoluted systems, procedures and policies that businesses try to comply with. This not only is a big strain on their resources and overheads, but also causes businesses to work tirelessly not to the actual requirements of the Standards, but on the processes and requirements their own system has put on them.
Janet's motivation is to de-clutter and reduce the amount of unnecessary paperwork and complexity. She believes systems compliance can be made simple and easy. The intent of management system is for a business to manage its compliance obligations as it easily integrates into the company's current operational practices.

With a passion in environment and all things sustainable, Janet Xiao has been working with clients for over 10 years specialising in consulting and training of quality, safety and environmental management systems as well as environmental compliance and legislative requirements within Australia. Key sectors Janet works in include construction, engineering and architecture. Janet has assisted businesses in achieving their ISO Certification by providing consulting services in the establishment, implementation and continual improvement of company systems.
